Our passenger services include:
- Using the check-in system hosted by SITA Departure Control System allows our agents to process all check-in functions smoothly. Also we are able to access directly on customer airline's host DCS via SITA CUTE
- Automated boarding pass, baggage tagging and through check-in
- Pre-flight editing, post flight messaging and other activities
- Passenger Transfers
- Special care services including Passengers with Reduced Mobility and Unaccompanied Minors
- VVIP Meet and Assist Service
- Systematic baggage tracing and management through World Tracer System to ensure efficient delivery of baggage to passengers
